Shipping and Returns

Shipment

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 days after confirmation of payment.

2. Delivery Time: Delivery time varies depending on the location and chosen shipping method. Normally, national deliveries take 3 to 7 business days.

3. Frete: We offer free frete for purchases over €100. For purchases below the value, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking: As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code to accompany the delivery.

5. International Deliveries: We are working to offer international deliveries. Please contact me for more information.

Return

1. Return Period: You must wait 30 days after receipt of the product to request a return.

2. Conditions for Return: The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, with all labels and accessories.

3. Return Process:

- Report the order number and reason for the return.

- You will receive detailed instructions on how to send your returned product.

4. Refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be based on the same payment method used in the purchase.

5. Trucks: If you want to make a truck, contact us. We offer trucks by size, color or model, subject to stock availability.

6. Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact me immediately. We will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement of the product.
